Job Scope

The Guest Experience Host is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. This role combines front office hospitality, guest relations, and the curation of memorable activities — both within the lodge and through our hand-picked local partners. The Guest Experience Host ensures every guest feels welcomed, informed, and delighted.

Reporting to:  Lodge (General) Manager


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  Welcome guests on arrival, handle check-ins/check-outs, and act as primary point of contact throughout their stay.

· Maintain deep knowledge of Nan’s attractions, traditions, and community partners to curate meaningful excursions and experiences.

· Liaise with local suppliers (guides, artisans, transport providers, etc.) ensuring high service standards and authentic local engagement.

· Plan and host in-house experiences such as cooking demonstrations, guest speakers, outdoor cinema, and evening gatherings.

· Coordinate guest communications (pre-arrival, during stay, and post-departure feedback).

· Support the Lodge Manager in guest satisfaction tracking, itinerary design, and service recovery.

· Supervise and mentor the Guest Services Assistant.

· Ensure front office areas are tidy, inviting, and aligned with brand presentation standards.

· Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, feedback, and service notes

· Support safety protocols, emergency procedures, and responsible tourism guidelines


Qualifications & Attributes

 · Strong English and Thai communication skills (written + spoken)

 · Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or tour operations.

 · Warm personality with a natural flair for storytelling and cultural connection.

 · Organizational skills and attention to detail.

 · Familiarity with Nan province and northern Thai culture (a plus).

 · Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong sense of responsibility

Job Scope

The Chief Accountant (CA) leads the Accounting Department at Khiri Travel Thailand. Here we handle all our financial affairs with clients and suppliers, taxes and ensure that our team is supported with all administrative matters. Efficiency is at the core of our work. At Khiri Travel we value long-term relations over short-term gains or losses. For this job we hire on attitude, integrity and learning ability and train for skills including proficiency of our proprietary IT platform system.

Reporting to: General Manager


Key Responsibilities:

· Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Management, including preparing invoices and communicating with clients and suppliers

· Cashflow management and Bank Reconciliation

· Prepare payments for approval in online banking system

· Weekly and Monthly financial reporting in company system, including P/L, Margin Report

· Manage Payroll

· File taxes (PND1,3,33 PP.30, etc.)

· Supervise accounting team

· Communicate with group office finance department, other KTT departments and branches

· Monitor accounting department efficiency in terms of processes, systems usage and costs mitigation

· Provide checks and reviews to ensure standards and SOPs are followed

· Handle other office administration and HR related matters

· Perform any other duties as needed by the company

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Accounting

· At least 5 year experiences, preferably in the travel & tourism sector

· Able to communicate in English

· High level of integrity and trustworthiness

Job Scope

As a Partnership Development Specialist, you will be responsible for finding and securing new business partnerships with tour operators in the Americas. This is a pivotal role for driving sustainable growth, and you'll play a key part in sharing our vision for unique, innovative travel experiences with new partners. This position involves significant travel to international trade shows, where you'll represent Khiri Travel on a global stage.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Strategic Growth

Identify and secure new partnerships with tour operators in the North American market that align with Khiri Travel's core values and business philosophy

Proactively develop and nurture relationships with potential partners to expand our client base and increase market share sustainably

Attend international trade shows and industry events to promote Khiri Travel, gather market intelligence, and build strategic contacts

2. Collaboration & Support

Work closely with our sales teams in the USA and Asia to align strategies and maximize sales efforts

Support country management teams by providing them with the necessary information and assistance to successfully onboard and nurture new accounts

Maintain strong relationships with key agent partners and other stakeholders to support the company's growth and reputation

3. Performance & Reporting

Track and analyze partnership performance, communicating successes and shortfalls to maximize potential

Provide regular reports to the Khiri Core Team on growth, partnership developments, market trends, and potential opportunities

Ensure comprehensive use of company systems to accurately record and monitor all activities.

4. Brand Ambassador

Act as a dedicated ambassador for the Khiri brand, upholding its mission and core values in all professional interactions

Reporting to: General Manager Khiri Travel North America and Khiri Core Management

· This is a full-time, results-oriented position. You'll be based at our Denver office and will need to manage your work across global time zones.

· Expect regular travel, with at least one sales trip or trade show per quarter, including international travel.

· The salary is $3,500 USD net per month, increasing to $4,000 USD net per month after successfully passing a 3-month probation period.

· In addition to your base salary, you will be rewarded for success through a structured incentive program.
